If you don't love your product for whatever reason, you can return it to us for a full refund.
The 60-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to our standard and extended warranties, and it does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note we cannot offer a refund for any oral care or consumable products purchased as part of a bundle with the items listed above. We would only be able to refund the value of the items to which the offer applies. You may keep any separate oral care or consumable products.
Claims must be received within 60 days of the date of purchase. Retain original receipts to claim. Limited to 1 claim per product per person. This offer only applies to products purchased new, it does not apply to second hand purchases.
How To Claim?
If the product was purchased in a dental clinic, please return it to the clinic that it was purchased from, and they will be able to offer you a refund.
If the product was purchased from a retailer or directly from Ordo, please contact our customer support team via hello@ordolife.com, providing the following information:
- Proof of purchase – this can be a receipt of purchase from a retailer showing where and when you bought the goods, or an order number from our website if purchased directly from Ordo.
- Please provide the reason you aren’t satisfied with your product. Please provide as much detail as you can as it helps us improve our products in future.
Please follow the instructions to return the product to Ordo. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs of returning the product back to us. We will process your refund within 28 days of us receiving the returned product.
