Tracking numbers for orders can be found on the confirmation of shipping email that is sent out for new orders and subscription renewals. Also if you log in to your account, tracking information can be found on the order details in "ORDER HISTORY".

Please be aware that orders sent out via Hermes will offer full package tracking, however, Royal Mails tracking service only appears once the parcel has arrived to offer proof of delivery.

Orders can take up to 3 working days to arrive from date of order or subscription date this excludes the day that the order was placed. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail, with Sonic+ brushes bring sent via Hermes due to the weight. Please be aware that these times are subject to change depending on the season, we aim to ship all products within 3 working days however there can be some delay that is beyond our control as we use third party carriers to ship all orders.

Both the Sonic+ and Sonic Lite electric toothbrushes come with a 2-year warranty from the purchase date or replacement date. If your toothbrush is faulty and has not been damaged, you can return your toothbrush which will be replaced free of charge.

If you are on a subscription plan, the toothbrushes come with an extended warranty for the life of the subscription plan. You can return your toothbrush if it is faulty and has not been damaged which will be replaced free of charge.

You can also return refills within 14 days of delivery as long as the package has been unopened, however, we do not offer free returns postage. Please contact hello@ordolife.com

If your order has not arrived within 4 working days from the original order date, please contact our Customer Service team at: hello@ordolife.com and this will be investigated. Please also see How long will my order take to arrive? as there may be some delay depending on when the order is placed.

Depending on the courier that is used for your order we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible but do have to follow the couriers guidelines for lost or undelivered parcels.

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50. However, if you don't meet this threshold you will be charged our standard delivery of £3.20.
